Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our creative team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage internal and external communications plans to promote our brand and product offerings.
- Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
- Coordinate and execute media outreach efforts to promote our products and services.
- Work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and technical departments, to gather information and create content that informs and engages stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and management of our online presence, ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities and events to enhance our public image.
- Monitor media coverage and report on public perceptions of our brand, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outreach efforts.
- Support response strategies for crisis communication and reputation management.
- Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of communications campaigns and refine future efforts based on performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the current media landscape and public relations strategies.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in event planning and management is a plus.
